Where does my child fit in the pathway?+
Grassroots covers U5–U11, with Development for U12–U16. Elite + Education starts from school year 7. The pathway also includes Scholarship (U17–U19), U18 competitive transition and Senior football (18+). Enquire with your player’s age and interests to discuss the most suitable route.
Is the academy open to girls and boys?+
The Masar grassroots pathway welcomes girls and boys of all abilities. Share your player’s age and goals in your enquiry to discuss the appropriate group and current availability.
How does football fit around education?+
Elite + Education brings high performance and academic development together from school year 7, with U13, U15 and U17 education groups. Enquire to discuss education arrangements and the right fit for your family.
Does the pathway guarantee a professional career?+
No academy can guarantee a professional contract or scholarship. Masar’s pathway is designed around development, education and opportunity, helping players prepare for different futures within and beyond football.
