Who is the pathway for?
Ambitious players aged 16–23 who are ready for full-time football. This includes academy graduates, released academy players, international players and semi-professional footballers looking for their next step.
Can players live in Abu Dhabi?
Shared accommodation is being planned to support training, rest and study. Accommodation options, facilities, supervision, meals, transport and package inclusions will be confirmed before booking.
What happens after registering interest?
The application process includes sharing your football background and, where available, a football CV and recent match footage, followed by a conversation with the team. Successful applicants receive a written offer setting out fees, start dates, inclusions and any education requirements. Players under 18 must involve a parent or guardian throughout.
Is a professional career guaranteed?
No. The pathway provides coaching, support and competitive opportunities to help players progress. Education and personal development remain important parts of preparing for a future both within and beyond football.
